Anna spent over 20 years at Accenture as a Senior Executive overseeing some of their largest, global, client engagements leading major business design and implementation programs. Additionally, in preparation for Andersen Consulting rebranding as Accenture and going public in July 2001, Anna partnered with HR leadership team as the Global Director leading major HR Business Integration programs affecting all 75,000 employees across all global locations.

As an owner of numerous small businesses, Anna has personally experienced the honor as well as the heavy burden of responsibility for ensuring employee’s livelihood and the associated impact on their families.
