John Fink
John is an accomplished Human Resource executive with over 30 years of experience successfully leading a broad range of HR functional areas in hyper-growth, progressive and service-driven organizations. He has served as Vice President and Head of HR, Regional Vice President, Director, and as a Senior Business Advisor. John spent over 15 years in the Information Technology Services industry, specifically 14 years with Electronic Data Systems (EDS, now HP), a multinational IT product and services companies ranked as one of the largest services companies on the Fortune 500 list in 2008 with 300,000 employees in 64 countries.
John held various leadership roles within Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Internal Resource Management, Workforce Planning, and Leadership Development at a corporate and operational level. In addition, he spent several years in Commercial Construction delivering strategic and functional HR expertise for a $2B commercial construction company, and one of the top general commercial building contractors in the U.S., as ranked by Engineers-News Record (ENR). John also led HR functions in Banking and Financial Services heading up HR leading mission-critical imperatives for a banking institution with $2B in assets and most recently providing senior HR leadership for a Fortune 500 company partnering and executing mission-critical initiatives with operational executives.
In addition, John has spent over 20 years sitting on a non-profit board (EPN-KC) serving HR professionals in the Kansas City area. EPNKC offers quarterly meetings bringing forward progressive and innovative ideas and solutions in order to educate, exchange ideas, facilitate networking and to assist in the communication of local job opportunities.
