As Managing Partner for HR Tech Advisor, Marilyn specializes in go-to-market strategy consulting, helping HR/work tech companies to bring their solutions to market.

She leverages her 25+ years of mutli-disciplinary expertise in Human Resources, Marketing, Enterprise Software/SaaS Sales, and Professional Services Consulting to support successful scale-ups, pivots, and global business expansions. Before joining HR Tech Advisor, Marilyn served as a Vice President at 3D Results where she built a $22M professional services consultancy from the ground floor and positioned the company for a successful acquisition by Rizing (Vesta Partners).

Previously, Marilyn was the head of Global Technology Alliances for PDI Ninth House, now Korn Ferry. Marilyn holds a BS from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, and an MBA from University of Massachusetts, Isenberg School of Management.
